Unstoppable Together has expanded out to include our Corner to Corner Tour! CCDC is planning a road trip across Colorado to hear from the communities all across the state to learn more about issues affecting them. We also will be providing information and connections based on what these communities bring forward so join us to make your voice heard in your community!

Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition is committed to creating meaningful change in Colorado. We have worked to amplify the voices of all communities across Colorado, advocating for policies and programs that promote equity, justice, and sustainable development. We believe that the most impactful solutions come from engaging directly with the people affected by the issues we seek to address.

About the Corner to Corner Tour

In 2024, CCDC embarked on a listening tour across 10 locations across the state of Colorado, with the goal of understanding the diverse experiences, needs, and challenges faced by each of those communities. By holding these community meetings, we created spaces where community members could speak candidly about the issues that matter most to them.

This tour represents our commitment to ensuring that our advocacy and programs are shaped by the insights and lived experiences of those we serve. The findings from this tour have informed the recommendations in this report, shaping our strategic priorities for the future. We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who participated, for their honesty, openness, and invaluable contributions to this process.
