Consultation for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Provide a fuller, practical understanding of the Americans with Disabilities Act
Consultation for how to practice meaningful inclusion
- Conduct an inclusivity assessment of your establishment, and provide recommendations for recruiting and retaining qualified people with disabilities to join your staff, board, or clientele
- Audit documents/materials and test communications tools to determine effectiveness and suitability for a wide range of disabilities; includes recommendations for improvements
- Review documents/materials to provide general feedback about how the documents/materials may be received by the disability community
Consultation for government agencies to increase engagement with disability community
- Review client materials (for example, checklists, one-page fact sheets, etc.) to ensure relevancy for people with disabilities
- Make customized recommendations for how your agency can increase and/or improve client engagement within the disability community
- Design and/or conduct client interviews and focus groups
- Provide management of client advisory councils and processes to increase involvement of affected populations
