The Legal Program Director is Kevin Williams. Kevin has been the Legal Program Director since the program was established in 1997. Kevin received his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law.
CCDC is a grassroots, non-profit disability rights organization. The CCDC Legal Program brings lawsuits on behalf of CCDC and its members to enforce the ADA and other statutes that protect the civil rights of persons with disabilities.
Andrew Montoya has been an attorney with the Legal Program since 2010. Andrew received his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.
Briana McCarten is the Legal Program Assistant.
