10/08/2014 - 12:00am - 11:00pm
We are excited to announce a new venue for the annual Disabilities & Assistive Technologies Expo 2014. The AT Expo, sponsored by Assistive Technology Partners and Denver Commission for People with Disabilities, is planned for at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado! This expo targets all those interested in adaptive and assistive technology for individuals with disabilities and the aging community.
Last year’s free and open to the public AT Expo was a huge success with attendance from over 300 individuals across Colorado. Our new location and partnership with the Commission, will provide marketing to over 20,000 and improved access for individuals with disabilities, the aging community and those who serve these groups! More than 800 attendees are expected from throughout the Rocky Mountain region, representing individuals with disabilities, family members, caregivers, AT specialists, special educators, administrators, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists. This will be an exciting opportunity to share your products and services with decision makers. You are receiving this letter because you have either been a vendor at our previous AT Expo or because you have been recommended as someone whose products or services benefit people with special needs.
The exhibit booth rental cost is $295 if you register by online registration form found on the AT Expo page under the Annual Events section of the Assistive Technology Partners’ website - and $350 if you register after September 12th. Registration closes October 1st. For an additional cost of $150 we will include your marketing materials in each attendee’s tote bag. We also have made available a limited number of free tables for Colorado non-profit associations that serve individuals with disabilities. Non-profit groups that register will be notified once final space reservations have been confirmed. To register, complete the www.assistivetechnologypartners.org. Register today, space is limited!
