New HCPF Resource Available--How to Apply & What You Need to Apply

The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing has developed two new resources to help consumers wishing to apply for Medicaid, Child Health Plan Plus and financial assistance to purchase health insurance through theConnect for Health Colorado marketplace. We have posted the following new materials in English and Spanish on our site and encourage you to share these with the communities in which you work.

How to Apply for Insurance & What You’ll Need
Do you need health insurance coverage? Beginning in January 2014, more parents and adults without children will be eligible for Medicaid. If you do not qualify for Medicaid, you may be eligible for financial assistance to help buy health insurance through the Connect for Health Colorado marketplace. To find out how to apply and who you’ll need to complete your application click here.
