The purpose of this page is to provide information about CORA and CCJRA Open Records Act requests, as well as to provide information about how to use the request templates that can be downloaded below. The first set of pictures contains general information about the two different kinds of Open Records Act requests. The second set of pictures contains template information, and will assist you in understanding and filling out the templates, which can be downloaded below. (A text only version of all of this information is available to download below).
