Kolbe v. Endocrine Services, 17-cv-1871-WYD


On August 2, 2017, plaintiffs Wendy Kolbe and Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition filed suit against a clinic in Pueblo, CO for discriminating against individuals with disabilities who use service animals.


CCDC filed suit against a medical clinic in Pueblo, Endocrine Services, for not allowing Wendy Kolbe to be seen at the clinic with her service dog, Bandit. On September 21, 2017, Defendant responded to our complaint.

On January 19, 2018, CCDC's Legal Program filed a Motion for Summary Judgment on Liability. The motion seeks to demonstrate that the defendant has admitted all facts necessary to demonstrate that there was a violation of the ADA and other laws involved in the case.
