A Complaint (see below) was filed against J.Crew Group, Inc. in the Southern District of New York alleging violations of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). A press release has also been posted below.
On November 02, 2015 Defendant filed a Memorandum of Law In Support of Its Motion to Dismiss, Stay, or Transfer. Judge Torres stayed the Initial Conference in this case pending resolution of Defendant's Motion. See documents below. The case was transferred to the United States District Court of Central District of California on July 1, 2016.
The parties have reached a settlement. On September 14, the Parties submitted a Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice. The Court issued an Order Dismissing All Claims for Settlement on September 14. The documents are attached below.
